This is the number one comment I hear when consulting with potential clients. I get it. We all have tasks that seem simple enough yet we find ourselves proscrastinating instead of finishing them. Some are skills we know we could learn but never seem to find the time. Can I tell you why? They are what I call ‘gray factor’ skills. They are necessary but not what lights your heart on fire. On the color scale of joy and purpose they fall somewhere in the muddled gray area. You could do them if you had to….but the good news is that you don’t. |
